Not the Biggest Loser this week!

Ok... so I'm a little bummed! I weighed this morning and no weight-loss. I didn't keep a food journal this week so I can't look back to see where I may have screwed up. Although I think I did well, calorie-wise. Sooooo... it's back to journaling. My weights and cardio was fine. Weights Mon/Wed/Fri and cardio 60 minutes everyday... yesterday it was 120 minutes. I know... I'm a glutten for punishment. What can I say?... I love Zumba! Maybe I'll do some looking online to find a calculator to calculate the amount of calorie intake vs. my level of activity. Any suggestions?
