I don't normally do resolutions. People never seem to follow through... including me. Well, I've been working out and dieting for 7 or 8 months and not very successfully. I've lost a total of 18lbs. Now that's great and I've managed to keep it off all this time but it's getting a little frustrating not losing any more. So here's my resolution... which will be completed. I, Dianna Wheeler, will work out at least five days a week (weights 3x/wk, cardio 5x/wk) and figure out some healthy way for my entire family to eat healthy, satisfying meals. Granted that really only means dinner for Don and the girls since they're all gone during the day but... Anyway, there it is. My New Year's Resolution.
Specifically that means lose 44lbs. To help me achieve my goal, I've joined the Gold's Gym Challenge. Got up at 5:15 this morning to hit the gym by 6am for some personal training with Cara. It was actually quite fun... Cara and I hit it off quick and several times I couldn't do an exercise due to belly-laughter! Then I did Zumba. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend it for cardio and just feeling sexy! It's a blast! Check out this uTube video. The first dance they do is my FAVORITE!!! though I don't think I do it as well.
